\xe2\x96\xaa Develop local CBS Roadmap based on the results of Maturity (Self-) Assessment supported by CBS Regional Coach
\xe2\x96\xaa Assist and Facilitate strategy development plan for the plant
\xe2\x96\xaa Report CBS topics to Plant Management
\xe2\x96\xaa Support the owners of the plant BSC KPIs with improvement activities to meet or exceed target
\xe2\x96\xaa Set and monitor the sustainability for CBS methods in the plant\xe2\x96\xaa Develop, drive and monitor CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas
\xe2\x96\xaa Mentor CBS Practitioners/Specialists to support them in executing the improvement routine
\xe2\x96\xaa Coach local management and embed CBS Mindset in the organization
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide structure for and coach Business Teams\xe2\x96\xaa To keep plant management team focused in identifying CBS opportunities geared to meeting or exceeding KPI goals
\xe2\x96\xaa Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility and in cross-functional areas
\xe2\x96\xaa facilitate and coach projects using CBS methods
\xe2\x96\xaa Participate in Global CBS Projects\xe2\x96\xaa Moderate workshops to ensure common CBS understanding in assigned area of responsibility
\xe2\x96\xaa Coach CBS Specialist to moderate Workshops
\xe2\x96\xaa Develop future CBS Practitioners/Specialists e.g. through training and certification\xe2\x96\xaa Apply lean leadership principles and bring them to the local management
\xe2\x96\xaa Coach and motivate local management and employees for further CBS implementation
\xe2\x96\xaa Lead a multidisciplinary and cross functional team\xe2\x96\xaa Act as a role model applying improvement routine to support promotion of cultural change
\xe2\x96\xaa Live and promote the CBS principles and methods
\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure active involvement in company-wide CBS network
\xe2\x96\xaa Drive the culture transformation in the organization\xe2\x96\xaa CBS project reporting to local management and to Regional CBS Coaches
\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for maintaining CBS Project Database: CBS Project approvals, Project Charter, Achieved results and overall accuracy of information\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure active participation in the Global CBS network communities
\xe2\x96\xaa Use best practice experience of network, participate and ensure best practice exchange within CBS network
\xe2\x96\xaa Communicate results and lessons learnt to CBS Coaches
\xe2\x96\xaa Actively use CBS network to resolve problems / difficulties
\xe2\x96\xaa Building and using a local CBS Plant Network consisting of CBS Practitioners and CBS SpecialistsQualificationsBachelor degree or master degree in Business Administration or Engineering or comparable profesional training and experienceProfessional experience (at least 2-3 years)
Experience in relevant business field (Automotive, Tires, CT) and understanding of relevant business environment
Cross functional experience in different functional areasExperience as a project manager for (lean) projectsFirst leadership position, preferably in operational units with direct and indirect responsibility for other individualsExperience in working with international teams is preferable
