About the job Learning and Development Manager:This role is a critical member of HR department in driving HR Transformation, aligned to our future state: It gives the opportunity to advise Management on L&D best practices and strategies to ensure all employees are well trained and competent for current and future responsibilities.As a Manager, Learning & Development, you will oversee various aspects of employee learning and development programs including TNA, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with Business Leaders and HOD to champion a continuous learning culture, and career mobility (growth) based on capability, productivity, and performance.Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders, HOD, and HR teams to implement all L&D processes (eg. TNA, training plan, program design and development, program implementation, competency definition, skill development, etc)
  • Conduct TNA, aligned to business needs (short- and long-term), and translate into annual training plan (roadmap).
  • Design, develop, and curate learning content independently as SME, with other internal SME, and/or external Consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal SME and external Consultant to design, develop, implement and evaluate all other programs.
  • Drive strategic L&D initiatives, eg. SME development, skill readiness by employee, blended learning via e-learning, mobile learning for high employee engagement.
  • Collect, analyse, and maintain data to support data-driven decision making and process improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting (vs KPI, Plan, Budget) in a timely manner.

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role, preferably in a direct sales environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee training and development across various methodologies (classroom, virtual instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning, etc)
In-dept expertise in Training / L&D, eg. best practices, policy development, TNA, design, development, implementation, evaluation, etc * Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others.
  • Strong project management skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under deadlines, adapt to changes / multiple priorities, both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Additional qualification / experience preferred (not mandatory)
