We are looking for: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of learning and development programs across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, with exceptional communication and project management skills. Additionally, having experience in e-learning platforms and online training tools will be a significant advantage in this role. Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Manage the administration and logistics of training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and managing training materials Monitor and report on the progress of individual and team training plans Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm/ 10am - 7pm Remuneration: Up to MYR 10,000 Consultant in charge: Phoebe Loke | [HIDDEN TEXT] | 016- 211 7443
