The Learning & Capability Development Manager leads and oversees the end-to-end Learning & Capability Development (L&CD) function, with a strong focus on back-end strategy, frameworks, systems, governance and capability planning. This role manages the L&CD team including trainers and learning specialists while ensuring all learning initiatives are structured, scalable, measurable and aligned with business priorities.
