Working with the Talent Team, youll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms employees achieve their goals. You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.
The opportunity Learning Deployment Coordinator will support the learning of our people and provide an exceptional EY experience via talent development and learning initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Deliver process efficiency and consistency.
• Working with local country team to deploy the country learning plan and learning activities including (but not limited to) arranging physical learning and producing online / virtual led training.
• Support learning needs for an assigned service line, working with Service Line Learning Leader.
• Supporting Asean regional projects as deemed needed.
• Work with L&D teams to ensure a consistent approach to L&D delivery.
• Supporting service line reporting requirements.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Qualifications

• Diploma in Administration or Degree in any field

Knowledge / Skills

• Strong English language and communication skills
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Genuine interest in people and ability to network, build good relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
• Ability to adjust to multiple conflicting demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Must have proficient Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Experience

• 1 year working experience or fresh graduates with a keen interest in project administration for the deployment learning programs and events should apply.
