Requirements:



Degree in

Human Resource Management

,

Business Administration

, or related field. Strong

organization and coordination skills

with attention to detail. Good

communication and interpersonal abilities

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and basic data management. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate all

training logistics

, including booking venues, preparing materials, and ensuring required equipment is available. Manage

training registration

, attendance lists, and participant communication before and after sessions. Prepare

training documents

, certificates, and evaluation forms for each session. Maintain and update

training databases

and employee development records accurately. Support

training evaluation and reporting

, compiling feedback and attendance summaries for review. Assist in managing the

annual training calendar

and monitoring completion of mandatory training programs. Liaise with internal departments, trainers, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of learning activities. Handle

administrative tasks

related to L&D functions such as documentation, filing, and tracking invoices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
