Assist in design and develop promotional materials to create awareness of the training programmes.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make improvements where necessary.
Assist in creating and maintaining a learning and development calendar.
Track individual development plans by ensuring participants attend scheduled training activities.
Collaborate with external training providers as needed.
Maintain training records of employees.
Assist preparing report on the progress of training programs for senior management.
Prepare reports in conformance with legal requirements or organisation needs. Prepare submission to relevant government departments;
Assist in creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are;
Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching;
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology or related field or equivalent;
