JOB DESCRIPTION: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify training needs and analysis of the employees which focusing on continuous improvement and career development plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To bridge the skills gaps among employees to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct training to all employees based on monthly/quarterly training schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing learning and development programmes in line with Company objectives and business needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and revise training contents and materials to ensure all the operating processes, procedures and systems are in line and up to date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting various training such orientation programs, on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff and refreshment training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating with management, departmental heads and team members to ensure all training needs are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to design and formulating the training and development programmes, conduct assessments and evaluating the result for all level. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that all training records/database are properly filed, update and maintain into the system and to generate accurate monthly reports accordingly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with departmental heads and other business units in order to establish standards operating procedures (SOPs). \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and handle staff training internal training and on-the-job training for wholly own and franchisees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate, negotiate and liaison directly with external training provider for upcoming training programmes that meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and producing results is vital. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow all procedures in accordance to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operations manual and SOP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavours to fulfill and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any additional and ad-hoc tasks that maybe delegated by the Management and/or any other person / person nominated by the Management. JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Train-The-Trainer by HRD Corp is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least three (3) years of working experience in related field as a Trainer/Training Executive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good communication skills, strong leadership and with interpersonal skills as well. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Words). \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be fluent/well-versed in English both oral and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent presentation skills and able to work independently.
