Job Description


  • This role is mainly to play a critical role in the day-to-day L&D activities and within the HR Team.
  • Regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers especially the government bodies, training grants, etc.
  • To assist in developing and implement the L&D strategies and programs that are aligned with the company\'s objectives.
  • Recommending indicators for talent assessment to identify high potential Talent and implement high-potential program.
  • Assist to analyse employee\'s training needs.
  • Assist to administer onboarding and exits.
  • Assist to liaise with relevant government bodies on training grants.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory and developments in learning technologies.
  • To prepare training modules, programs and training related materials and venues.
  • Manage all online registration of staff training.
  • Maintain a proper training records and adapt to Microsoft excel and ppt on presentations. Preparations of training requirement surveys etc.
  • Assist in preparing training budget.
  • Assist in maintaining training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Acts as the main liaison person for staff with questions about training and development.
  • Coordinate with HR team on staff training logistics etc.
