You will be contributing and supporting the country L&D agenda by working closely with all stores\' L&D Managers. You will be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies, tools and programs in close co-operation with HR Generalist. You actively promote the implementation of the regional training calendar in close co-operation with the regional competence hub and the functional L&D specialists. You support the implementation of a local and regional pool of trainers of programs in the training calendar. You actively contribute and secure the process of performance evaluation & development talk, and talent review process in partnership with the HR Generalist. You ensure investments and budget for all learning activities with clear goal settings and follow up. You are responsible for the digital training records and relevant reports. You secure the co-operations with the external partners within L&D area i.e. Universities, Poly techniques and other institutions. Qualification You possess 5-8 years learning and development experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organisation You are excited about home furnishing and is focused on contributing to a fantastic customer experience You are self-reliant and motivated, with proven ability to work in a team as well as independently You have excellent presentation, facilitation and delivery skills You have good understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques and is able to adapt to different learning styles and situations More Information Important Note: You are invited to the Life at Home journey with IKEA .
