Role Overview
As a Learning and Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training and development initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, assessing learning needs, and ensuring the continuous growth and skill enhancement of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to design, develop, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Assist to create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels, utilizing both in-person and virtual delivery methods.
  • Ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills through engaging and interactive training methodologies.
  • Assist to conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within different departments.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific team needs.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools to deliver, track, and assess training programs.
  • Stay informed about learning technologies and recommend improvements or new solutions.
  • Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related HR function.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness.
