Develop and implement the organization's L&D strategy using current trends and best practices.
Work with leadership to identify training needs and design learning solutions that support business and employee development goals.
Provide internal consultation and recommendations on effective learning approaches and interventions.
Manage the full cycle of L&D projects for assigned subsidiaries, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver high-quality programs.
Review program content and outcomes to ensure alignment with competency and business needs.
Track, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, impact, and ROI using data and analytics.
Propose new or innovative initiatives to improve learning value and employee engagement.
Oversee the L&D budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
Lead, guide, and support the L&D team to achieve project goals and performance targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in L&D or Talent Development.
Experience managing regional or multi-subsidiary projects is a plus.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in learning material design and program delivery; video editing is a plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must have.
Detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative.
Adaptable, proactive, and open to feedback; willing to travel.
