The Learning Executive will help to identify and track training programs and initiatives with the objective of fulfilling people development requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Planning and Implementation:
Plan delivery of training programs meeting scope, coverage and design; Monitor the delivery of courses by execution of checklist based on program plan.
Develop a high-level project plan for learning programs and initiatives in coordination with BUs, Solutions Design teams and other critical stakeholders.
Prepare and ensure adherence to documented process checklist for smooth implementation of learning programs.
Monitor learner experience and plan for innovative ways to create learner engagement.
Understand the annual program / learning initiatives and provide inputs to L&D team Leader about the budget for implementation of the programs.
Learner Engagement
Encourage Learners commit to learning goals and facilitate their accomplishment
Keep Learners engaged in their Learning journey
Onboard and orient Early Career Talent(GenC)and facilitate successful completion of training program, consistently challenging them to give their best
Involve Business Leaders and Mentors in learning journey of associates to sustain motivation levels of learners
Reporting
Track & report numbers around learning programs such as resource usage, coverage, effectiveness and outcomes.
Utilize data in planning for optimum coverage through training programs.
Report on insights and trends based on feedback from initiatives and programs
Vendor Management
Liaise with vendors for execution of Programs / initiatives.
Monitor and ensure adherence to the Vendor engagement in terms of delivery and quality.
Set-up the governance and engagement models for Vendors
Job Requirements
Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Industry certifications in Learning & Development is a plus.
4+ yrs. experience in Implementation of learning and development activities across disciplines.
Hands-on experience in Learning management system.
Reporting tracking & analysis - Familiarity with Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation preferred.
Practitioner level knowledge on MS office tools especially on MS excel and PowerPoint. Functional knowledge of GenAI tools including Copilot.
Technical Capability & Program Facilitation Experience: (strongly preferred)
Prior experience working on Business Unit (BU) led projects and/or facilitating technical training programs across one or more of the following domains:
Software Engineering (Full-Stack / Backend / Frontend)
Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)
DevOps, Cybersecurity, Quality Assurance / Test Automation
Enterprise platforms, tools, and digital transformation initiatives
Strong ability to understand technical curriculum, learning paths, and skill frameworks
Comfortable engaging with technical trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineering, and product teams
Ability to translate technical learning objectives into well-structured, executable training plans
* Experience supporting hands-on labs, certifications, assessments, and capstone-based programs is an added advantage.
