Support the delivery of learning programs by sourcing, promoting, administering, and evaluating training programs and other initiatives. Assist in conducting training needs analysis to determine the client\'s development needs. Ensure learning programs are advertised on a timely manner and manage the training enrolment activities in an efficient and professional manner. Maintain accurate training records and databases to meet compliance requirements or to produce relevant training reports as and when required. To coordinate, organise, plan & communicate with clients and attendees to ensure delivery of learning programs are met. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior when required.
