The Opportunity: Learning Practitioner - RUBIX, Future Skills and BWOT enablement role is responsible for upskilling MSS Operations employees on Future Skills (personal and digital), and on the skills required to deliver on Rubix and Bank Wide Operations Transformation to the workforce for the future. Curate, create, manage, sustain, improve and expand the RUBIX, Future Skills and BWOT skills resources available through multiple channels, such as but not limited to Degreed, GLMS, HSBC U, the Intranet Portal, Site L&D and LinkedIn Learning. Offer curated learning journeys for business, function and corporate level employees across the business. Partner with stakeholders, such as the MSS Operations Strategy and Change Team, MSS Ops Ex Co, Senior leaders and HSBC University, to determine learning requirements and design creative plans and resources to deliver on these with measurable outcomes. Lead / Support the learning strategy by listening closely to stakeholders and analysing requirements. Design, develop and deliver the future skills and Rubix portfolio to support the priority requirements. Work with Digital and Technology Solutions within Capability Development to plan communication, engagement and experimentation campaigns. Proactive engagement with business stakeholders globally to align expectations, communicate plans, status and progress updates and seek feedback. Actively contribute ideas to the larger Capability Development team. Collaborate closely with colleagues across different businesses, regions and GSCs. What you\'ll do: (List out Key Responsibilities): Core responsibilities will include the end to end deployment of: Functional Skills - Operational Excellence Personal Skills - Future skills Data Skills - Data Academy Digital Skills - Process Automation Transformation Skills Reskilling & Upskilling (Excludes product, BAU process, BAU system, risk, regulation, leadership, and supervisory skills) Design and deploy learning solutions through all stages of needs analysis, proposing the solutions appropriate for the target audience level and business. Design artefacts, collateral and experiences, testing, deploying and assessing impact. Using data and insights to improve the design and delivery model, and employee experience. Keep up to date on MSS Operations and the large scale execution plan for all people related initiatives. Engage with stakeholders navigating and coordinating across multiple business lines, GSC locations and MSS COO functions, Learning Academies and HSBC University. Ability to partner with senior business leaders and Ex Co members to gather requirements contributing to the strategy definition and solution design for Capability Development. Ability to develop diverse relationships across business lines, HR, HR, HSBC University, GBM Learning Team and will external partners and industry bodies. Proactively scan the external market and research best practices to bring an experimental mind-set to pilot new learning initiatives.Experience in deploying new edge learning practices to provide a superior employee learning experience. Leadership & teamwork Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills to influence a diverse set of stakeholders. Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of the business and governance structure of MSS Operations globally. Deep understanding of the future of work and emerging trends in global banking, Fintech, and technology and its impact on a multigenerational workforce. Understand the objectives and the plan of Rubix & BWOT and its impact on all businesses within MSS Operations. Ability to design and deliver virtual instructor lead sessions and produce digital learning using internally available tools and technologies. Ensure continuous people engagement and clear actions in response to employee feedback. Partner with others in the Capability Development Team to respond to employee feedback and metrics, including results analysis, recommendations and tracking results. Maintain up to date knowledge of the internal and external environment and best practice in the field of future of work, digitisation, technology enablement and process automation in global banking. Ability to design and deliver long duration, multi module and blended learning programmes. Strong instructional design, micro learning and action learning hub building capability. Experience in delivering blended and digital solutions through a learning experience platform by curating pathways and plans. Ability to articulate compelling stories both verbally and written. Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and changing priorities, demonstrating positivity and a solutions mind-set. Ability to explain difficult concepts to a broad cross-section of staff and to bring ideas to fruition. Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Must possess a proven analytical background and 5 years\' experience. Speak fluent English excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Planning/organizational skills, analytical, quick thinking and proactive Strong coordination / communication skills, ability to develop documents / best practices Knowledge in Change methodology, Future Skills, Transformation Experience with Agile working pattern Well verse with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoints, etc) Excellent collaboration capability to work with relevant stakeholders Ability to work in a team that is located across multiple countries / regions Willingness to adapt and learn new things. Flexible work shift Ability to work with and manage Vendors Strong networking and influencing skills Ability to influence and challenge at all levels Practical data and digital skills Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
