About the role We are seeking a resourceful and driven Learning Product Strategist to shape the growth of our learning catalogue. As an ideal candidate, you will be familiar with skills and training landscape, possess a keen sense for identifying and articulating commercial opportunities, and have a proven ability to manage the end-to-end journey of product development, from discovery to launch. Your key responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the Company\'s vision and goals Conduct market research, competitor analysis, cost and benefit analysis, gather feedback, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with our clients/learners and differentiate our learning products in the market Champion a learner-centric design approach, leveraging data and insights to drive new product builds and revisions, and to ensure our learning products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the diverse needs of our target audience Work closely with the Growth team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging, and promotional materials Collaborate with the Sales team to provide training and support on new products, ensuring a smooth launch and ongoing success in the market Communicate content updates, enhancements, and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and informed work environment Engage with external partners, including educators and industry professionals, to enhance and validate the credibility as well as relevance of our programs The ideal candidate Must possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience in a dynamic product management role preferably in the Edutech/Education/Training/HR industry Proven experience in delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies, and overseeing all elements of the product development journey from ideation to launch and continuous improvement Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams Familiarity with agile development methodologies Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the future of work
