Let\'s take it together by delivering Change, Communication and Learning Services in an agile environment.We as Global Digital Services realize BASF\'s digitalization by delivering cost-efficient digital solutions for BASF and its customers. We support this goal by providing IT that works and access to latest technologies, expertise, and inspirations.Our product team of Change and Learning Experts support digitalization initiatives with a major change, communication and learning impact within BASF. As a Learning Specialist, you will create training materials with SAP Enable Now having the needs of your end-users in mind. You will drive transformation by delivering dynamic and impactful learning content to prepare our stakeholders for real-world business challenges. You will collaborate with our stakeholders to develop engaging and interactive learning materials which drive project objectives and align with BASF best practices for sustainable learning. You significantly contribute to the success of digitalization initiatives by analyzing learning requirements, applying instructional design principles to build and deliver content, administering virtual training sessions, measuring learning outcomes, and supporting ongoing maintenance of learning solutions.Main Tasks

• You will be responsible to deliver engaging, end-user centric and sustainable learning content for IT projects with SAP Enable Now.
• You collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to derive learning concepts and plans
• You actively track content production and document activities during content management lifecycle
• You develop comprehensive materials based on change impact analysis and learning needs assessment
• You deliver content including lesson plans, presentations, video, simulations, libraries, embedded help
• You integrate instructional design principles to ensure learner-centric approach across a variety of formats
• You ensure learning deliverables meet quality standards and achieve expected outcomes
• You plan and moderate virtual training sessions, manage feedback, and monitor learning analytics
• You assess participation and effectiveness of learning content and delivery approach
• You continuously review and edit learning materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and relevance
• You align your activities with both global and local teams, also on management level
• You communicate expertise and project experiences to support a continuous learning culture
• You play an active part in our global change, communication and learning communities.

RequirementsEducation & Working Experience

• You have a university degree (bachelor\'s or master\'s or equivalent) in computer science and/or economics.
• You have a minimum of 2 years\' experience working with SAP either as End-user, Developer or Business Expert.
• You have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in instructional design, content development, and large-scale learning deployments.
• You have a strong end-user focus and a high sensibility what is relevant for a leaner and how to present this in an easy-to-understand way.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• You are experienced to manage stakeholders and interact with topic experts
• You bring a structured, analytical approach and focus on quality
• Proficiency with office applications, knowledge management platforms and eLearning authoring tools, or learning management systems
• Work experience with multimedia tools such as video editing software or graphic design tools to visually enhance learning experiences
• Be highly motivated, dynamic, methodical, self-organized, curious, enthusiastic, and able to manage multiple projects and events
• Effective team player, creative and motivated working style with a strong focus on ensuring people-readiness for change and keen attention to details
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to explore industry trends
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills in English
• Be flexible to work across multiple times zones as needed

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional)

• Basic knowledge within SAP is mandatory.
• Experienced in SAP Enable Now is a plus.
