1.0 Leasing Management i. Source for prospective tenants for the Mall. ii. Planning and executing strategies to enhance the revenue and potential earnings of the Mall. iii. Responsible to plan month-month promotion (thematic fair) to invite potential tenant to launch and promote their product in Mall at the concourse. iv. Plan & coordinate with A&P team on monthly advertising and promotion (Tenant Promotions) v. Planning and maintaining tenancy mix in the Mall in a medium / long term plan. vi. Attend to tenancy related matters, including negotiation, renewal and handling over of units. vii. Attend to walk in potential tenant (customer/prospect). viii. Supervising the entire operations process for new retail outlet opening and meeting the opening deadline. ix. Maintain good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance good landlord- tenant relationship. x. Prepare tenant listing report for renewal xi. Monitor and manage the Mall tenancy management policies: - Prepare Profoma (1 week) - Prepare TA(1 week) - Tenant\xe2\x80\x99s Signature (2 weeks) - Prepare invoice & payment collected (1 week) - GM/PM (2 weeks) - Notice from LHDN (2 weeks) - Stamping Process (4 Weeks) xii. Prepare monthly expenditure xiii. Other task assigned by CM, GM 2.0 Others: i. Any other tasks assigned by superior on ad hoc basis; ii. Daily work progress reporting to CM.
