Responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or 1-2 years\' experience who is interested in site selection and eager to embark on a growth journey together with our growing portfolio of stores. As a Junior Leasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of Koppiku.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential store locations
• Analyze market trends, demographics and competitor activities to inform decision-making processes
• Assist in the identification and evaluation of suitable location for store expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and viability of potential sites
• Draft, edit and amend proposal decks to showcase real estate opportunities effectively
• Support the negotiation of lease terms, ensuring favourable condition for the company
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationship with property owners, landlords and real estate professionals
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and address any issues that may arise
• Assist in the coordination of construction and development projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Work closely with business development teams to address challenges and implement solution
• Manage and maintain accurate records of property-related documents
• Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations and other legal requirements
• Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary business licenses and approvals
• Assist in ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time
