Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Tenancy, Retail Management or similar.
• Good negotiation skills will be advantageous.

Tanggungjawab

• Reviewing tenancy agreements for all outlets & hostels and administering tenancy renewals, terminations and expirations.
• Organizing and updating reports for tenancy agreements, master list for rentals, etc.
• Coordinating with related departments, landlords, external solicitors and Company Secretaries on all tenancy administrative processes.
• Preparing tenancy documents including renewal letters, counter proposal letters, confirmation of renewals and related correspondences.
• Setting up and maintaining methodical filing system for all tenancy agreements.
• Communicating with mall's leasing department on any mall issues, maintenance issues, etc.
• Managing insurance applications and renewals for all outlets.
• Sourcing new hostel upon receiving information/request from Management.
• Coordinating with related departments, agents, landlord for viewing, booking and handover of premises.
• Preparation of hostel item / inventory and monitoring maintenance defect(s).
• Communicating with contractors, hostel agents / owners on any house issues, maintenance issues, etc.
• Sourcing of external drivers upon receiving request from Management.
• Arranging internal & external driver's schedules.
• Responsible for electricity & water application and termination for all outlets & hostels.
• Communicating with Telco service provider / agents for phone line application, change of ownership, additional lines, replacement and termination for all hostel & outlets.
• Required candidate who can speak Mandarin
