• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Development, or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will have an added advantage, as they can effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or a similar role in real estate. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Support in overseeing the administration of lease agreements for residential and commercial properties.
• Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and ensure competitive terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential tenants.
• To follow up on outstanding leasing issues related to projects.
• Coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs with relevant departments.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leasing opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support leasing strategies.
• Manage and update property listings and availability information.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time and/or required by the Management
