Job Description
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or courses will be considered.
- Prior experience in property management, real estate sales or marketing is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
1. Property Leasing
- Manage the sales and marketing of properties on platforms like iProperty and Property Guru.
- Conduct market research and survey surrounding units for sale.
- Attend appointments and follow up with leads to facilitate sales and rental deals.
- Monitor rental collections and utility bill payments.
- Manage fire insurance and other maintenance payments.
- Handle procurement of necessary supplies.
- Manage property keys and access cards.
- Prepare, follow up, and renew tenancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of property management activities.
- Oversee property maintenance and repair.
- Conduct defect inspections and organize handyman services.
- Coordinate restoration works.
- Supervise landscape maintenance.
