Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with landlords and legal firms to facilitate the preparation, review, and execution of tenancy agreements and other legal documents. Ensure all leasing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing documents and agreements. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for leasing compliance. Provide support in resolving disputes or issues related to leasing agreements. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations regarding leasing compliance status. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Law, Real Estate, or a related field. A legal background is advantageous. Proven experience (3 years) in leasing, compliance, legal administration, or a related role. Strong understanding of tenancy agreements, leasing regulations, and legal processes. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with landlords, legal firms, and internal stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficient in maintaining accurate records and utilizing relevant software for documentation. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the capability to work independently and make informed decisions. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address leasing compliance issues effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
