This position is a critical role responsible for leading and managing the leasing activities of a commercial or retail property. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in real estate leasing, negotiation, and tenant relationship management. Aiming to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize revenue generation.

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for the property.
• Lead the leasing team in prospecting, identifying potential tenants, and maintaining a robust tenant pipeline.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to inform leasing decisions.
• Negotiate lease agreements, rent terms, and concessions in alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to enhance the property\'s marketability and curb appeal.
• Prepare and present leasing reports, occupancy analysis, and financial forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze lease expirations and proactively address vacancies to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the preparation of lease documentation and ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in real estate leasing regulations.
• Work with the legal team to resolve any leasing-related disputes or issues.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
