Principal Duties and Responsibilities - To source and seek out perspective tenants including local and intentional renowned brands; - Presentation to prospects, site visitation, negotiation and close deals - Follow up with prospects - Manage and lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development; - To recommend, appoint and liaise with reputable and performing sales / real estate agencies; - Monitor sales and marketing campaigns performance and analyze ROI of marketing activities; - To plan and implement tenancy mix of mall for successful positioning as lifestyle center - Processing lease requirements of multiple properties for potential tenants - Pro-actively market the mall according to tenancy plan to maximize occupancy and rental yield. - Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service. Proper tenant management - Prepare any necessary leasing documents and review leasing prepared by landlord in accordance with company standards lease and conditions - Collect deposits and documents - Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in retail property leasing and marketing. - Any related Degree/Diploma - Excellent communication skills and enjoys socializing with people - Passionate in shopping and good knowledge of the retail industry - Enjoy challenges - Customer oriented - Good teamwork, able to work overtime, hands-on, work under pressure, responsibility, communication, problem-solving. - Candidate that can speak Mandarin / local dialects will have an added advantage. - Knowledge if Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
