LECTURER

CLINICAL & BIOMEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE SECTION, UNIKL MESTECH

(AI, 1 Jalan TKS 1, Taman Kajang Sentral, 43000 Kajang, Selangor)

KEY ROLES :

Participate in teaching and learning sessions for courses under the Diploma in Medical Health Sciences programme, as well as other relevant courses when required. Contribute to administrative activities related to programme management, such as curriculum review, documentation, examinations, and clinical placement coordination. Oversee teaching laboratory management, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, workflow processes, and related documentation. Serve as an academic advisor to students. Additionally, act as a trainer for programmes organized by UniKL MESTECH

REQUIREMENTS :

A Master in a related Health Sciences field. Must possess a Diploma in Medical Assistant. Registered as a Medical Assistant with the Medical Assistant Board of Malaysia. Demonstrated experience in clinical settings, with the ability to apply practical knowledge and skills to support students' clinical learning and training. Experience in teaching and learning, preferably at the higher education level, with proven ability to deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively. Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development, and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies. Good interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills to engage with students and colleagues effectively. Possession of a MOHE Teaching Permit will be considered an advantage.
