Job Description

1. To provide legal advice in all legal matters including but not limited to corporate affairs, strata and litigation matters to the Company and Clients. 2. To ensure that all legal matters are dealt efficiently and effectively. 3. To review, draft and vet various legal agreements, contracts, documents etc. To ensure HQ and each site are properly insured and renew on time.\xc2\xb7 4. To analyses and review the insurance application and claims for the Company and Clients. 5. To liaise and communicate with client, external solicitors and relevant parties; local authorities & governmental organization. - ie local authorities/governmental organization. 6.To inform and implement any new rules/by-law/Act gazette by the Government at each sites.
