Job Description
We are looking for candidates to join our Corporate & Commercial Department as a legal associate. As part of the Corporate & Commercial Department, you will have the opportunity to work in corporate & commercial transactions including M&A, real estate transactions, joint ventures, compliance and regulatory work, restructuring exercises, capital markets fund raising exercises as well as general advisory and commercial matters.
