  • 1-3 years PQE;
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in handling construction disputes will be considered an asset.
Overview of the Firm:Vin Cheng & Co was established in 2022. Since its inception, the firm has garnered various published court decisions and accolades from AsiaLaw, Asian Legal Business and Benchmark.We are a multi-practice firm led by partners with vast experience in their respective fields: Construction, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Commercial, Fund and Investment Management, Conveyancing, Family, Probate and Administration and Strata Management.The position advertised is for our growing Construction Department. The department consists of 2 partners, 1 senior associate and 1 junior associate. We are engaged in various arbitration, court and adjudication proceedings involving complex and cutting-edge issues.The team comprises of young and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to growing together. We hope to recruit suitable talents to complement the department and firm.We offer competitive salary based on market rate for Legal Associate position (1st Year - RM 4500).Disability typeNot Applicable
