Ensure master data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system administration of the In-Hospital Sales Tool, Salesforce.com, ensuring the integrity of the data at all times.
Manage inventory auditing performed by vendor and Handle inventory reconciliation based on auditing results
Administrative and logistics support for channel partners
Distributor communication regarding price increase cycle, agreement amendments, follow ups on Drug license
Ensuring appropriate Bank Guarantees are in place for the distributors as per local credit policy
Requirements:
Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in relevant field
At least 2 years of related experience in channel operations and tender documentation
Candidates with legal background in documentation will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
Good knowledge with a variety of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Good knowledge of invoicing as it relates to Channel Operations
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams
