Bringing LEGO\xc2\xae models to life with light, sound, and movement is something our dedicated team of LEGO Designers, Builders, and Technicians do every day for LEGOLAND Parks, LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, and more across the world.

Our Merlin Magic Making (MMM) Studio in Malaysia is now looking for a highly organized and process driven LEGO Brickstock Specialist based at our MMM creative hub in Bandar Indahpura Kulai.

Reporting into the LEGO Model Production Planning Supervisor, the LEGO Brick Stock Specialist is primarily responsible for brick stock supply for the production of LEGO models. You will oversee purchasing, receiving and shipping LEGO and non-LEGO stock for the Model Shop. You will assist people, projects, and practicalities to ensure the success of the production of world-class LEGO models. Key objectives include:

• Ensuring stock supply and regular refill for production are always sufficient and timely.
• Preparing, maintaining and updating stock records regularly.
• Ensuring stock is secure and accurately accounted for at all times.
• Adhering to and coordinating stock-takes up to financial audit standard.
• Supporting with shipping of Brick transfers and delivery of completed Models.
• Supporting Model Shop with general administrative tasks when required.
• Supporting purchasing of LEGO and non-LEGO stock for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse with inventory properly shelved in an organised and easy-to-locate and access manner.

About you...

• You will have gained a higher level certificate in any field, ideally within logistics, supply chain management or related fields.
  
• 1 year of experience in the fields of warehouse, stock keeping, supermarket retail.
  
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and any inventory system.
  
• Ability to operate a forklift truck.
  
• Basic English language competence.
  
• Attention to detail, high self-discipline and process driven.
  
• Willing to work in a manual-handling environment and physically fit for lifting up to 25KG. Comfortable working at height of up to 3M.
