Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin\'s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a LEGO Production Costing Lead to join our Project Delivery team. This role will be based at our Merlin Magic Making Malaysia office.

The role...

Are you ready to revolutionize LEGO model production? We\'re seeking a dynamic LEGO Production Costing Lead to develop and implement innovative cost analysis methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish global project budgets.

Your key objectives will include:

• Develop and implement cost analysis methodologies to optimize production budgets and cost-effectiveness in LEGO model production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish appropriate budgets for global projects.
• Implement a robust database system to track actual production hours and model statistics for future comparisons.
• Drive communication within the global LEGO production team to capture important insights on production budgets.

About you...

• Experience within MMM LEGO production (Build, Design, Tech, or Bricks)
• A genuine interest in creating accurate and realistic quotes.
• The desire to become a subject matter expert on costing LEGO Models.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, and basic understanding of database management software is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solver and a critical thinker
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
