As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for turning leads into dollars, work closely with various cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, customer success, and engineering, to understand the needs at each stage of the sales funnel, and drive processes and content to increase conversion. . You will also leverage data and analytics to measure the performance and impact of your campaigns and processes, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, web, social media, mobile, etc.
  • Manage the marketing operations and processes, such as segmentation, targeting, automation, testing, reporting, etc.
  • Support sales enablement and education by creating and delivering relevant content and materials for prospects and customers
  • Manage the email marketing program, including planning, writing, designing, testing, sending, and analyzing email campaigns for both sales development and outbound marketing
  • Work with sales to drive the lead generation and nurturing program, including developing lead scoring models, qualifying leads, and handing them over to sales
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs for lifecycle marketing campaigns, such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.
  • Identify best practices and industry trends for lifecycle marketing and implement them accordingly
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding across all touchpoints
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a similar role
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, such as deliverability, spam compliance, design principles, etc.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and nurturing best practices, such as lead scoring models, lead qualification criteria, lead handoff processes, etc.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on growth and optimization
