Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, pleadings, cause papers, letters, and court forms. File and manage litigation documents with courts and relevant authorities (e-filing & manual). Assist lawyers in case preparation, including legal research and organizing evidence. Monitor and manage case files, court dates, and hearing schedules. Communicate with clients, court officers, and government agencies regarding case matters. Prepare correspondences, status updates, and follow-up reports. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure all case records are up to date. Handle general clerical and administrative duties related to litigation files.

Requirements:



SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience as a Litigation Clerk or in a legal firm is an advantage. Knowledge of litigation procedures and court documentation (e-filing system preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
