• Previous experience as a live host or content creator on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• A background or experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries is a strong plus.
• Basic technical knowledge of streaming software or apps and an understanding of audience engagement metrics.
• Proficiency in using video editing tools (optional but advantageous for creating pre-recorded content).

TanggungjawabObjectives of this roleThe Live Host for Skincare would be responsible for presenting, demonstrating, and educating customers about skincare products in real-time via live streaming sessions, often conducted in the office. The key objective is to engage potential and existing customers by providing them with an interactive, personalized, and informative skincare experience. The host will focus on showcasing the brand's products, answering questions, and building relationships with the audience while creating a sense of community around the skincare brand.Requirements

• Comfortable on Camera: Strong on-camera presence with a bubbly, lively, and engaging personality. Must be able to comfortably interact with a live audience.
• Passionate About Skincare: Knowledge of skincare products and trends, with a personal interest or background in skincare (experience is an added advantage).
• Experience in Live Streaming: Familiarity with live streaming platforms like Shopee and TikTok, with an understanding of the technical aspects of going live (camera, lighting, streaming setup).
• Excellent Engagement Skills: Ability to connect with viewers, respond to comments in real time, and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication style, with the ability to explain product benefits in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.
• Creative and Adaptable: Creative in coming up with new ideas for live stream content and adaptable to feedback and changes.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, customer service) to ensure alignment on live-streaming goals.
• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: A motivated, self-starter who is reliable, professional, and consistently delivers high-quality content.
• Flexible with Shifts: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on the live streaming schedule and peak engagement times.
