Understand the product (Smartphones), promote it to customers, reply to customer inquiries, interact with customers, and guide them to place orders.
Participate in the planning of live broadcast scripts, cooperate with live broadcast operations, and analyze live show data.
Updated on the latest marketing trends: live show on e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)
Align with internal teams to create video, live show creative design and any other work required to complete the live show.
Work at different times, mainly sticking to the e-commerce platform's campaign date and time. Example: 11.11
Requirements:
Experienced in Live-Host/Live-Streaming and sales
Able to work rotational shifts, morning/afternoon/night
Punctual, and follows live-stream platforms' rules and policies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
