Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily live shop operations and monitor host performance (attendance, quality, etc.) Oversee live stream quality -- including script preparation, setup, and presentation Analyze live performance data and identify areas for improvement Coordinate with clients and ensure content meets their expectations Conduct live sessions when hosts are on leave or when needed Plan and execute strategies to boost sales performance
Requirements:
Able to conduct live sessions confidently Fluent in
Bahasa Malaysia
(live sessions are in Malay) Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets Flexible to workmorning or night shifts
(based on schedule and live needs)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
