Responsible for tracking, managing and reporting live stream performance statistics. Responsible for following up on enquiries, complaints, suggestions and feedbacks gathered from live stream Assist the HOD to improvise process flows and structuring policies for managing live stream. Discovering talents and recruiting hosts from multiple platforms and channels To help facilitate the live hosts during registration and familiarization with apps and platforms Responsible for pre-live session briefing, training hosting skills, periodically training for talents, and update on the trends and training contents Ability to inspect, guide and provide insight on how to improve talents\' hosting skills Able to complete ad-hoc tasks on time Holder of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Mass Communication / Advertising / Marketing or equivalent English and Mandarin language proficiency is required as the role will be responsible to communicate with China HQ Requires logical thinking, good communication skills, able to take and execute orders, able to handle stress, good team player Hands-on and down-to-earth, active mind, persistent, self-motivated and ability to learn and adapt Applicant who has experience handling social media apps/platforms will be given priority.
