JOB SUMMARY: The role entails the candidate to manage and maintain City University\'s Learning Management System. The candidate also has to facilitate support and guidance to the users of LMS. RESPONSIBILITIES: LMS Administrator - Manage access and features of allocated LMS - Maintain back-end LMS functions as assigned - Support the deployment of learning programs incl. uploading and updating courses and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS. Documentation & records - Facilitate documentation and reports within CCEPS with regard to LMS Analytics & Operations - Maintain log and records of LMS activities and communications User Contact, Support and Guidance - Maintain a helpdesk for staff and students for the LMS - Conduct On-boarding or training as and when necessary - To directly assist Instructional Designers, Multimedia Designers and other stakeholders to support eLearning content requirements.
