ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Annual Training Plan (ATP) by aligns training programs with the organization development needs and the vision of the company by coordinating training needs analysis (TNA) of the employees. Seeks and obtains the services of external training consultants, negotiates, and administers related agreements. Coordinates and tracking of HRDF training fund\xe2\x80\x99s contribution and reimbursement. Plans and conduct New Employees Orientation Program (NEOP). Monitor and validate internal trainer rewards claim. Monitor and execute training bond agreement according to the procedure. Develops on-line training material and publish it in LMS according to corporate standard practice. Promotes and coordinates the Education Sponsorship Program (Postgraduate, Undergraduate and Professional Qualification). Conducts internal training as and when necessary. Provide support to frontline to middle line leaders on internal and external training programs, culture development and leadership training advisory. Performs record keeping in location where local records must be kept and maintained, per government / statutory requirements. Reviews Mandatory Training course content in location where language translation is required and ensures training objectives are met. Works closely with the Global LMS Administrator to effectively execute, per the company Guideline for Mandatory Training Coordinates and executes leadership and company learning programs in location, including facilitation of Maxeon Leader Program and other courses as set by Global TM&OD and local needs. Responsible for being the key relationship holder with Global TM&OD and Comms, communicating site needs and translating global needs locally into practical actionable plans to improve learning, capabilities, and culture. Develops and deploys communication plan for site / location, aligned with the global strategy. Participates and is an active member of the global communication working group. Provide support to frontline to middle line leaders on talent, reward, performance, culture development, talent acquisition, leadership training advisory, disciplinary and employee relations case management (PIP, policy violations, investigations, etc). Provide support for resolution of employee and supervisor enquiries that cannot be solved by HRSS (3rd level of support after ESS and HRSS help is exhausted). In conjunction with Country HR Leader, executes programs for significant business initiatives with their business leaders / department. Contribute to shaping the business from team structure, morale, and culture perspective. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, leveraging global frameworks and programs and tailoring in location as required. Involved in developing country HR policies and procedures with Regional HR Leader aligned with market best practices. Support other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employee activities such as Annual Team Building, Staff Dinner etc. Reviews Mandatory Training course content in location where language translation is required and ensures training objectives are met. Works closely with the Global LMS Administrator to effectively execute, per the company Guideline for Mandatory Training Performs record keeping in location where local records must be kept and maintained, per government / statutory requirements. Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans. Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Degree in human resource or Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in HR field is required for this position. Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to details. Well versed in related field and computer literate.
