Basic Salary + Commission Scheme Petrol Allowance s: -Ensure accurate data collection and maintain high-quality customer information to enhance customer service capabilities. -Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for customers and business partners to maintain data integrity. -Achieve monthly targets and meet minimum sales performance standards. -Proactively promote Mortgage Financing products. -Understand client needs for mortgage financing, propose suitable solutions, and close sales. -Identify additional financial needs of clients and refer them to the relevant departments. -Continuously identify new strategies, recommend ideas, and implement approaches to increase personal sales performance in Mortgage Financing. -Ensure completion and proper signing of application forms and agreements by customers before submitting cases. -Submit mortgage financing applications and follow up promptly with customers and internal departments until full loan drawdown disbursement is achieved. -Practice excellent customer service and adhere to best sales practices. -Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently. -Safeguard company interests at all times. -Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulations consistently. Job Requirement : -Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-customer sales with a proven track record, preferably in mortgage sales or as a property agent. Sales experience in Banking Retail Products will be an advantage. -Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply. -Strong drive and desire to exceed sales targets. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus. -Must have own transport and be willing to travel. -Results-oriented and comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels. -Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Allowance : RM3,200 - RM3,500 + Commission up to RM10,000 Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
