Offer a warm, personalized welcome to VIPs, repeat guests, and group arrivals.
Open doors, assist with luggage (if necessary), and escort guests to reception or elevators.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
Assist guests with directions, restaurant recommendations, or transport arrangements.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints promptly and courteously.
Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for immediate attention when needed.
Monitor foot traffic and help manage crowd flow during busy periods or events.
Observe all individuals entering the hotel and report any suspicious behavior.
Ensure guests feel safe and comfortable in the lobby area.
Assist with emergency procedures when required.
Work closely with front desk, concierge, bell services, and guest relations to ensure seamless service.
Relay guest concerns or special requests to the appropriate department quickly.
Always present a neat appearance and follow the hotel's grooming standards.
Exhibit a friendly, calm, and composed demeanor even in busy or stressful situations.
Uphold the hotel's service culture and brand standards.
