We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Logistic Admin
to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, coordinate with transporters and suppliers, and ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and customers to ensure timely delivery and collection.
Monitor and update shipment schedules, delivery status, and stock movement records.
Handle export documentation.
Maintain filing and record-keeping for all logistics-related documents.
Assist in preparing monthly logistics reports and cost tracking.
Support general administrative tasks related to logistics and operations.
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with other departments as required
Requirements:
Preferably Male
(able to assist with basic logistics and office errands when needed)
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics or administrative role (fresh graduates may be considered).
Good communication skills in
Bahasa Malaysia and English
(Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and organizational skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Have driving license
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08.15am - 05.15pm
Saturday to Sunday : OFF
