Requirements

  • SPM or higher education
  • Administrative experience is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good with time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel at a moderate level
Responsibilities
  • Track & manage stock levels for lashes, packaging, and beauty accessories
  • Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders neatly and accurately
  • Liaise with couriers and track delivery updates
  • Handle basic customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Shopee, or TikTok Shop
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Assist with admin tasks like data entry, order printing, and filing
