Job Description

A Logistics Administrator manages daily logistics operations by coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries. Their job scope involves preparing shipping documents, communicating with vendors and carriers, tracking inventory, resolving delivery issues, processing invoices, and performing administrative tasks related to the supply chain to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Shipment Coordination

: Arrange and monitor the transportation of goods, ensuring they are picked up and delivered on time.

Documentation Management

: Prepare, process, and organize shipping documents, invoices, and other crucial logistics records.

Inventory & Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate inventory levels, update logistics databases, and keep detailed records of all transactions and shipments.

Reporting

: Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.

Compliance

: Ensure operations comply with company policies, regulations, and any relevant export or trade laws. Minimum 1-2 years' related experience in Logistics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
