Job Description

I

. Stock Inventory Analyst

a. Tracking of stock at hand (SOH) and inventory days by agency, by branch.

b. Tracking of incoming containers and PO at hand for all agencies across all branches.

c. Tracking expiring / expired goods in warehouse.

d. Sending out weekly reminders on expiring stock.

e. Ensure that all good/bad bin cleared on a monthly basis.

II. KPI monitoring Analyst

1. Picking & packing speed

a. Download, update and monitor picking speed KPI

b. Identify outlier picker for monitor & improvement.

2. Loading speed & complete speed

a. Download, update and monitor loading & complete speed KPI

b. Identify outlier trucks/driver for monitor & improvement.

3. Sending speed

a. Download, update and monitor sending speed KPI.

b. Identify outlier trucks for monitor & improvement.

4. Receiving speed

a. Download, update and monitor receiving speed KPI.

b. Identify outlier trucks for monitor & improvement.

5. Tracking of DOT KPI and reporting to every agency on their DOT RCA and achievement.

III. Fleet management

a. Tracking of idling time for every vehicle

b. Fuel and fuel expenses for every vehicle

c. Tracking of mileage of vehicle on monthly basis

d. Tracking of repair, maintenance, insurance and summons on a monthly basis.

IV. Management of return stock

a. Work hand in hand with CE team to identify, solve return stocks.

b. Tracking of return stocks from outlet by SKU

c. To produce report on the high selling/obsolete SKU items on a monthly basis

d. Track KPI of return stock by SKU / agency

e. Tracking of seller / Manager mapped to the return stock

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
