1. Implementation and management of actual import and export transportation and customs declaration daily to Kibing Solar. 2. Carry out talent training, performance appraisal, and talent selection for the logistics system of Kibing Solar. Ensure the logistics talent demand for new projects and the manpower required for subsequent standard of procedure logistics operations, establish and improve the logistics department. 3. Establish a scientific and systematic logistics management process that meets the actual needs of the company operation, and carry out effective internal control process. 4. Familiar with all the process and documents for the international transaction import and export, solved all the issued happened during transaction. Make sure all the shipping had reach to the next users on the time promised. 5. Achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for thousands of shipping orders every year. 6. Meet with local customs, port and airport management departments, and logistics service providers to communicate with the logistics operation of Kibing Solar in the later stage. Discuss work arrangements with local management and implement the logistics level of follow-up investment projects. 7. Participate in the formulation and review of Kibing Solar logistics management regulations and other operational management systems regulation. 8. Assist the company in organizing and implementing the annual logistics operation plan and budget plan.
