Job Summary:

The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate logistics operations, including order processing, stock movement, invoicing verification, and communication between sales, customers, and drivers. This role supports efficient delivery planning, accurate documentation, and proper system updates in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:1. Coordination & Communication

Maintain efficient and effective communication with sales representatives, customers, drivers, and internal departments. Provide timely updates on delivery schedules, order status, and any issues that arise during logistics operations.

2. Order Processing & Documentation

Prepare and issue Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices accurately and on time. Ensure all data entries in the system are correct, complete, and compliant with internal procedures. Continuously improve documentation flow and logistics processes for smoother operations.

3. Invoice & Data Accuracy Check

Verify tax invoices to ensure they tally with product type, quantity, pricing, discounts, sizes, and other relevant details. Highlight discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the relevant departments.

4. Customer Order Handling

Manage incoming calls and record customer or salesman orders accurately. Ensure orders are processed and scheduled promptly.

5. Outgoing Stock Verification

Check outgoing stocks to ensure quantities match Delivery Orders and customer requirements. Update stock movement in Excel or relevant tracking sheets accurately.

6. System Updates

Update stock-out and inventory movement into the WMS (Warehouse Management System) promptly and accurately.

7. General Duties

Assist with any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the superior. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics, stock control, and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
