In our next stage of regional expansion, we are looking for a Logistic Coordinator based in Malaysia, who will work closely with Regional Logistics Operations for logistic operations. The Logistic Coordinator will assist the Regional Logistics Operation teams in the business dealings and relationships with our multiple logistic partners in the region.

In this role you will:

• Perform verification and checks on large volume of logistics billing given by logistic providers.
• Handle specific dispute cases, seeing through until the closure of each dispute, in the form of refunds or claims within the stipulated timeline.
• Communicate clearly with each logistics provider, providing case details, justification, and end-to-end inquiries.
• Document and organize logistic payment and follow up.
• Coordinate within the department to help support the daily logistics tasks when required.
• Support our Regional Logistics Operations.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in the ecommerce industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a good command of Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge and/or keen interest with Logistics operations.
• Detail oriented and good with numbers.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen on working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
