:
-Manage logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation, for efficient service.
-Coordinate closely with the factory shipping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Supervise warehouse teams and third-party logistics to optimize operations and communication.
-Lead ERP system implementation to enhance logistics processes for B2B and eCommerce.
-Establish service standards, develop plans, and ensure compliance with policies.
-Generate routine reports on operational efficiency, inventory, and budgeting.
-Implement tracking mechanisms and analyze data for management reports.
-Collaborate with staff at all levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Maintain and organize shipment documentation accurately and promptly.
-Generate Purchase Orders for shipping and logistics charges efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics or equivalent required.
- Experience in managerial roles in sizable companies.
- Proficient in B2B & B2C logistics and leading projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication across organizational levels.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese preferred.
